Instead, I called Erickson Home Medical equipment. They were there when they said they would be, answered all of our questions, and did it all for no charge!

VERY disappointing, took forever to return my phone calls and kept changing their answer about being able to find me the walker I was looking for. They thought they had it, they didn't have it, they found something similar, and they’d deliver it and never showed up. We played phone tag for months just to be told they couldn't help me in the end and "maybe I should try Greenbay Home Medical."

Who will help you when you have no insurance? Make sure someone is there to instruct the patient how to use oxygen when they get discharge? The answer is not Affinity. The guy was in a hurry on a Friday afternoon, didn't wait for my aunt to get home, and decided it was too long of a drive to bring her distilled water because she was on 16LPM of oxygen.
