After checking online we decided to go to drive the 45 minutes to Klein, and we are so glad we did! There was no "schmoozy" salesman stuff going on. Just honest, upfront pricing. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We love our new ( to us) car, and will visit Klein first when we need to buy another car.
From follow up to our email note and signing the final paperwork the Klein Auto people were great to work with when purchasing our van. Lyndsey made sure the vehicle was ready for us when we came to check it out and Matt did a great job of walking us through all the features of the van. It was worth the drive to purchase our van from Klein Auto.
Although it was not a major repair to be done, it was enough that it was estimated to take three days. Not even close!!! Dropped it off at 8:00 on a Tuesday and had it back by 5:00 PM the next day. Efficient service and job!!! This is they type of service that I have come to expect from Klein Automotive and they never let me down!!
I went to Klein's to pick out a new vehicle and Kurt took the time to show me all the vehicles they had to offer. I really liked the Jeep and Kurt let me test drive a variety of Jeeps before I decided I really like the Cherokee. Before I even decided I wanted to lease the vehicle I did, Rick and Randal were working on getting me the best numbers possible. Everyone during the process was super friendly and the paperwork side of things with Randal went super smoothly. He explained everything to me until I was satisfied. My overall experience at Klein's has been exceptional. I will continue to service and get my vehicles from Klein's. Keep up the great work.
